Designing and crafting new innovations is a vital component for any individual or organization looking to continually adapt to and compete with the rapid changes occurring in the global marketplace.
Repeat innovators build a foundation of their strategy on four critical practices: Defining Innovation, Metrics and Outputs, Funding Mechanisms, and an Innovation Team. According to our research, these practices correlate directly to revenue, market share, and income increases.
The Innovation Design Working Group is an opportunity to assess your current growth and innovation efforts, design new solutions, and build new innovations - those products, services and business models that meet the rigorous demands of the most rapidly changing marketplace in human history.
Driven by a global marketplace that consists of computer driven technologies, uncommon knowledge, and intense competition, it's imperative for all business leaders to design, build, and execute steady streams of fresh, new, and compelling innovations that drive enterprise value.
But no one person can do this alone - it's just not possible. The knowledge required to compete in the current marketplace requires strategic knowledge, uncommon offers, new business models, and at times unconventional thinking.
During this three month working group we will design and develop new innovations collaboratively to meet and exceed the standard and expectations of our customers, employees, employers, and colleagues.

Each working group is limited to ten participants only. If you are unable to participate in the Fall 2021 group, please sign up for our Winter 2022 group here.
We'll kick off the working group by assessing your current innovation and growth strategy by performing an assessment.
By reviewing your assessment results we'll uncover opportunities, challenges, areas for improvement and begin sketching out your innovation strategy.
We'll meet for one hour every Tuesday via Zoom to discuss your challenges, share solutions, and build the necessary trust required for ongoing collaboration.
After we've assessed your current situation and have identified challenge areas, we'll begin to design initial versions of your new innovations.
Individually and collaboratively we'll quickly validate your new innovations to ensure we're focusing on those with the highest probability for succes.
The project will complete with an initial version of. your new innovation that you can begin to socialize with your colleagues, employees, employers, and customters.
Our Innovation Assessment is a tool we offer for those serving in innovation specific roles to better understand how the innovation department functions. During the beginning phase of the Working Group, each member will have the opportunity to assess their current innovation function using the assessment.
