With the exception of our Memberships, we aren't paid until we produce value for our clients. We typically work through a referral agreement or commission structure for our business development projects. For joint-ventures and startups we are open to options and shares in lieu of compensation or we can use a commission structure. Each project is different so we first assess the needs of the client and then enter into win-win engagements.
